ABOUT ME
I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL
Because I know what it's like to start all over again.
In 2005 I had whiplash where I had to take morphine daily, this made me unable to do anything for 2 years. I trained myself to be able to complete an ironman and ended up completing 4 full and 5 half ironmans.
I have 2 children and a busy everyday life, so I KNOW how IMPOSSIBLE it is to keep a strict training schedule.
My goal and greatest desire is to equip all clients with knowledge that can allow them to make the right decisions, without restrictions.
I am a qualified physiotherapist, personal trainer and nutritionist. I have 15+ years of experience in training and diet, which gives you the assurance that you will get a trainer with both knowledge and experience.
