WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM ONLINE COACHING?

You can expect a tailored course, specifically for you. You get help from me all the way towards your goals. Your diet and exercise plans will be simple to follow and most importantly, they will be tailored to your preferences. The personal check-in process ensures that you move towards your goals, and through the direct chat you get support throughout the process.

HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT RESULTS?

Everyone's body reacts and adapts to exercise differently, so I work with you at that pace. The training is divided into phases, so you are ensured that you move closer to your goals and train with the correct intensity. Some of my previous clients have achieved their results in a few weeks, others in a few months. Results always depend on various factors, such as your customized diet and exercise plans, commitment in and out of the gym, and how much focus you invest in the process. If you are willing to go all in, I can guarantee that you will see progress, see results and be on your way to achieving your goals!

HOW WILL MY MEAL PLAN LOOK LIKE?

Your nutrition is one of the cornerstones of your new lifestyle. Plans must be sustainable and palatable. I will help you go through a lifestyle change instead of just following boring or strict regimens. In order to achieve the results you want, it is important to create a healthy balance between having a good relationship with food and at the same time developing an understanding of what you should be aware of in terms of, for example, portion sizes, calories, macronutrients, etc. You will have access to a large number of tasty meal options for every meal of the day. You also get a recipe and ingredient breakdown for each meal, which can be helpful if you're not used to cooking or you've never tried to make a particular meal.

CAN I TRAIN FROM HOME?

Of course you can! I can create a plan that suits your preferred location and adapt it to your goals and lifestyle.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY PROGRESS AND UPDATE MEASUREMENTS?

Yes, you get access to an app where you have your very own profile page. In there you can record and see all your measurements and progress. For example, it could include pictures, weekly weighings, diet, motivation or fluid intake. When you log it in your app, I can follow along and thereby we can adjust your plans and goals together.

HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I EXERCISE PER WEEK?

You decide! You tell me how much time you have for training per week and what your goal is. Then we make a plan so that the training fits into your routine as best as possible.
